أ- يتمتع الدائنون الأجانب بالحقوق الممنوحة للدائنين المحليين بخصوص الحق في إشهار
الإعسار والاشتراك في الإجراءات بموجب أحكام هذا الفصل.
ب- لا تؤثر أحكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة على ترتيب أولوية الديون في إجراءات الإعسار التي
تتم وفقا لهذا القانون .
