Article text
أ- على المحكمة أن تتعاون مع المحاكم ووكلاء الإعسار الأجانب مباشرة أو من خلال وكيل
الإعسار في المسائل المنصوص عليها في هذا الفصل ولها في سبيل ذلك أن تطلب منهم
المساعدة أو أي معلومات ضرورية .
ب- على وكيل الإعسار التعاون مع المحاكم ووكلاء الإعسار الأجانب تحت اشراف المحكمة .
ج- يعد تعاوناً لغايات هذه المادة ما يلي:-
1 - تكليف أي شخص لتنفيذ أوامر المحكمة.
2 . - تقديم المعلومات بأي وسيلة تراها المحكمة مناسبة
3 - التنسيق بخصوص إدارة أموال المدين وشؤونه والإشراف عليها بما في ذلك موافقة المحكمة
. على الاتفاقيات المتعلقة بتنسيق الإجراءات ومتابعة تنفيذها
4 - تنسيق الإجراءات المتزامنة التي تخص المدين ذاته.
