أ- يتوقف احتساب الفوائد وغرامات التأخير على ديون الإعسار من تاريخ إشهار الإعسار.
ب- لا تسري أحكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة على الفوائد المستحقة على أجور العاملين بحيث
تتحقق عليها فائدة تحتسب على أساس معدل أعلى فائدة تدفعها البنوك على الودائع بتاريخ
إشهار الإعسار.
