( أ- يجب أن يتضمن تقرير وكيل الإعسار المشار إليه في الفقرة )أ( من المادة 55 ) من هذا القانون
ما يلي حداً أدنى:-
1 - تحليلا للوثائق التي أرفقها المدين بطلبه أو قدمها بناء على تكليف المحكمة وفقا لأحكام
( الفقرة )ب( من المادة 13 ) من هذا القانون، مع بيان أي إخلال من المدين بواجباته المنصوص
عليها في هذا القانون ان وجد .
2 - تحليلا لأسباب الإعسار مع تقييم مفصل للأسباب التي استند إليها المدين في طلب إشهار
. الإعسار وبيان رأي وكيل الإعسار بخصوص أسباب إعسار المدين
3 - تقييما عاما لإمكانية استمرار النشاط الاقتصادي.
4 . - بيانا بالقرارات والإجراءات التي اتخذها وكيل الإعسار منذ تعيينه
-: ب- يجب أن يرفق بتقرير وكيل الإعســـــــــــار ما يلي
1 ( - قائمة بأموال المدين وحقوقه وتقدير قيمة كل منها وفقا للمادة 60 ) من هذا القانون.
2 - قائمة الدائنين مع التعريف بكل دائن والمبلغ المستحق له وتصنيفه المقترح لغايات إجراءات
. الإعسار مع التمييز بين دائني إجراءات الإعسار ودائني الإعسار
3 - كشف بالدعاوى المقامة من المدين أو ضده.
