تنتهي المرحلـة التمهيديـة فــي أي مــن الحـالات التالية:-
أ-انتهاء المدة المحددة لاستئناف قرار اعتماد قائمة الجرد أو قائمة الدائنين أو البت في
الاعتراضات المقدمة على أي منها.
ب- صدور قرار المحكمة بالانتقال من المرحلة التمهيدية للمراحل التي تليها قبل البت في
الاعتراضات المقدمة على قرار اعتماد قائمة الجرد أو قائمة الدائنين بعد اتباع الإجراءات
( المنصوص عليها في المادة 64 ) من هذا القانون.
