إذا لم تتم الموافقة على خطة إعادة التنظيم المعدة
مسبقا بالأغلبية المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون يتولى
وكيل الإعسار إشعار المحكمة بذلك و تعلن المحكمة
انتهاء المرحلة التمهيدية وبدء إجراءات إعادة التنظيم
العادية ما لم يقدم المدين طلبا لبدء التصفية.
