أ- على الرغم مما ورد في الفقرة (ب) من هذه المادة تعتبر الإجراءات التي تتضمنها خطة إعادة
التنظيم ملزمة للدائنين أصحاب الديون الممتازة إذا وافقوا عليها.
ب- لا تسري خطة إعادة التنظيم على الدائنين أصحاب الديون الممتازة إلا إذا حصلت فئتهم على
( أغلبية الأصوات وفقا لأحكام المادة 90 ) من هذا القانون أو إذا قررت المحكمة ذلك وفقا لأحكام
( المادة 91 ) من هذا القانون.
