يكون للكلمات والعبارات التالية حيثما وردت في هذا القانون المعاني المخصصة لها أدناه ما
لم تدل القرينة على غير ذلك:-
المحكمة : المحكمة الابتدائية الشرعية 0
رئيس التنفيذ : القاضي الشرعي المكلف بالتنفيذ.
المأمور : مأمور التنفيذ.
السند التنفيذي : الأحكام القضائية والقرارات معجلة التنفيذ والسندات والاتفاقات المتضمنة
حقا الصادرة او المصادق عليها من المحاكم الشرعية بما في ذلك عقود الزواج والاحكام الاجنبية
التي اكتسبت صيغة التنفيذ لدى المحاكم الشرعية ضمن الاختصاص الوظيفي لها.
السنة : السنة الشمسية.
المحكوم له : من صدر لصالحه حكم قضائي أو قرار معجل التنفيذ أو الدائن بموجب سند تنفيذي.
المحكوم عليه : من صدر بحقه حكم قضائي أو قرار معجل التنفيذ أو المدين بموجب سند
تنفيذي.
