( يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنتين وبغرامة لا تقل عن 10000 ) عشرة آلاف دينار ولا تزيد على
( 30000 ) ثلاثين ألف دينار كل شخص من غير المصرح له أنشأ أو أدار موقعا الكترونيا أو منصة تواصل
اجتماعي أو أشرف عليها أو نشر معلومات على شبكة معلوماتية أو إحدى وسائل تقنية
المعلومات للترويج أو الاتجار
أو كيفية تصنيع الأسلحة أو الذخائر أو المتفجرات أو المفرقعات.
