تكون الرقابة غير مباشرة دفترية او آلية وللوزير فرض الرقابة المباشرة اذا رأى ضرورة لذلك على ان
يحدد بتعليمات تنفيذية
شكل الرقابة وحدودها على المصانع والمحال التجارية وغيرها من الأماكن التي يتم فيها مزاولة
أعمال خاضعة للضريبة حسب
الظروف والاعتبارات التي يقدرها.
