ينشأ صندوق في الدائرة تحول اليه نسبه لا تزيد عن 20 من حصيلة الغرامات، لغايات تحسين %
ظروف العمل ورفع كفاءة موظفي
الدائرة وتقديم الخدمات لهم في المجالات الصحية والثقافية والاجتماعية والاسكان وتقديم
الحوافز التشجيعية لهم، تصرف
وتوزع على الموظفين المتميزين في ادائهم وعلى كل من ساهم في اكتشاف التهرب من
الضريبة او ضبط السلع المهربة منها ويتم
ذلك بموجب نظام يصدر لهذه الغاية.
