للوزير او من يفوضه عقد المصالحة في جرائم التهرب من الضريبة وذلك قبل صدور حكم
قطعي في الدعوى مقابل
دفع الضريبة موضوع القضية وغرامة بمثابة تعويض مدني يعادل مثل الضريبة ويترتب على
المصالحة سقوط
الدعوى الجزائية ووقف السير باجراءاتها والغاء ما يترتب على ذلك من آثار.
