المادة 70 -
للمدير بناء على تنسيب أي من اعضاء النيابة العامة الضريبية اجراء المصالحة في اي قضية
اقامها المكلف لدى المحكمة بموجب هذا القانون وذلك
قبل صدور الحكم القطعي فيها وعلى المحكمة تصديق هذه المصالحة واعتبارها حكما قطعياً
صادراً عنها.
