يجوز للمدير او الموظف المفوض من قبله او المدقق حسب مقتضى الحال وفي اي وقت ان
يصحح من تلقاء
ذاته او بناء على طلب المكلف الاخطاء الكتابية والحسابية التي تقع في القرارات والاشعارات
والمذكرات عن
طريق السهو العرضي ولا تكون اجراءات التصحيح خاضعة للطعن.
