Article text
أ- يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن ألف دينار ولا تزيد على ألفي دينار كل من أدلى بسوء نية بأي بيانات
غير صحيحة
للحصول لنفسه أو لغيره على راتب أو تعويض بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون دون وجه حق أو
للتهرب من الوفاء بأي
حق من الحقوق المقررة للمؤسسة وفق أحكام هذا القانون.
ب- تعاقب كل منشأة مشمولة بأحكام هذا القانون بغرامة مقدارها خمسمائة دينار عن كل
عامل لم تقم بشموله في
أحكام هذا القانون.
ج- يعاقب بغرامة مقدارها خمسمائة دينار كل من يخالف أي حكم من أحكام هذا القانون مما هو
غير وارد في
أحكام الفقرتين (أ) و (ب) من هذه المادة.
