Article text
إذا استحق المؤمن عليه غير الأردني راتب التقاعد أو راتب الاعتلال فله أو للمستحقين عنه الحق
في طلب
( تبديل هذا الراتب بتعويض الدفعة الواحدة المنصوص عليه في الفقرة )ب( من المادة 70 ) من
هذا
( القانون، أو بضرب مقدار الراتب المستحق في 36 ) شهراً أيهما أكثر، وفي حال الوفاة يوزع مبلغ
التعويض
( على الورثة المستحقين عنه وفقاً للجدول رقم 4 ) الملحق بهذا القانون.
