Article text
أ- لكل من المؤسسة والمؤمن عليه الحق في الاعتراض على القرارات التي تصدرها اللجنة
الطبية الأولية فيما
يخص إصابات العمل أمام اللجنة الطبية الاستئنافية .
ب- يقدم الاعتراض خلال ستين يوماً من اليوم التالي لتاريخ تبلغ قرار اللجنة الطبية الأولية
وللمعترض أن يرفق
بالاعتراض الوثائق اللازمة، ولا تقبل أي وثائق تقدم بعد هذا التاريخ.
ج- تشكل اللجان الواردة في هذه المادة وأسس تنظيم اعمالها بما في ذلك رئاستها و أتعاب
أعضائها بموجب
الأنظمة الصادرة بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون.
