تلتزم المؤسسة بحقوق التأمين المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون إذا ظهرت أعراض المرض
المهني على المؤمن
عليه خلال سنتين من تاريخ انتهاء خدمته في مهنة معينة وعلى أن يثبت بقرار من المرجع الطبي
أن تلك المهنة
كانت السبب في إصابته بالمرض المهني.
