Article text
أ- يطبق تأمين الأمومة على جميع المؤمن عليهم المشمولين بأحكام هذا القانون.
ب- يستثنى من أحكام الفقرة ( أ ) من هذه المادة المؤمن عليهم المنتسبون وفق أحكام المادة
( 7 ) من هذا
القانون وأي فئة أخرى من موظفي الدوائر الحكومية والمؤسسات الرسمية والعامة يقرر مجلس
الوزراء استثناءها
بناء على تنسيب المجلس.
