الفصل الخامس
تأمين الأمومة
أ- تتكون مصادر تمويل تأمين الأمومة مما يلي:-
1 - الاشتراكات الشهرية التي تؤديها المنشأة بنسبة ثلاثة أرباع الواحد بالمائة من أجور المؤمن
. عليهم
2 - الفوائد والغرامات التي تترتب على عدم التقيد بأحكام هذا التأمين.
3 . - ريع استثمار الأموال المتأتية من هذه المصادر
( ب- للمؤسسة تخصيص ما نسبته 25 ) ( من الاشتراكات الشهرية المنصوص عليها في البند % 1 )
من الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة لغايات استحداث برامج حماية اجتماعية مرتبطة بتأمين الأمومة
يتم تحديدها وفقا لنظام يصدر لهذه الغاية .
