Article text
أ- يوقف صرف النصيب المستحق من الراتب لأي من المستحقين إذا عمل بأجر أو كانت لديه
مهنة تدر عليه
دخلاً وكان ذلك الأجر أو الدخل يعادل ذلك النصيب أو يزيد عليه، أما إذا كان الأجر أو الدخل أقل من
النصيب المستحق فيدفع له مقدار الفرق بينهما، على أن يعاد إليه كامل نصيبه في حال تركه
العمل أو المهنة
وذلك اعتباراً من أول الشهر الذي يلي الشهر الذي ترك فيه العمل أو المهنة.
ب- يستثنى من أحكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة والد ووالدة وأرملة كل من المؤمن عليه أو
صاحب راتب
التقاعد أو صاحب راتب الاعتلال.
