يعتبر مقدار راتب التقاعد أو راتب الاعتلال أو قيمة تعويض الدفعة الواحدة قطعياً ولا يجوز الطعن
فيه لدى اي
جهة إدارية أو قضائية بعد انقضاء تسعين يوماً من تاريخ تبليغ القرار بتخصيص راتب التقاعد أو
راتب الاعتلال
أو صرف تعويض الدفعة الواحدة.
