على المسجل عندما یقبل الطلب لتسجیل ایة علامة تجاریة سواء اكان القبول بصورة مطلقة ام معلقاً على بعض الشروط
والقیود
ان یعلن الصورة التي قبلھ بھا وذلك في اقرب وقت ممكن حسب الأصول المقررة وینبغي ان یتضمن ھذا الاعلان جمیع
الشروط
والقیود التي قبل الطلب بموجبھا.
