عدم اتمام التسجیل:
المادة 16 -
اذا لم یتم تسجیل العلامة التجاریة خلال 13 شھراً من تاریخ الطلب بسبب تقصیر الطالب فیجوز للمسجل بعد أن یعلم
الطالب
خطیاً حسب الأصول بعدم اتمام تسجیلھا ان یعتبره متنازلا عن طلبھ الا اذا تم خلال المدة التي یعینھا لھ المسجل في
الاعلان.
