تجدید التسجیل
المادة 21 -
1 - یجدد المسجل تسجیل العلامة التجاریة بناء على طلب مالكھا وفقا لاحكام ھذا القانون
2 - اذا لم یطلب مالك العلامة التجاریة تجدیدھا فتعتبر حكما مشطوبة من السجل بانقضاء سنھ واحدة على انتھاء مدة
تسجیلھا
ویحق للغیر طلب تسجیل ھذه العلامة التجاریة باسمھ بعد انقضاء سنھ اخرى.
3 - لصاحب العلامة التجاریة التي اعتبرت مشطوبة ان یطلب اعادة تسجیلھا في اي وقت مالم تكن قد سجلت باسم
