المادة 20 -
1 - مدة ملكیة حقوق العلامة التجاریة عشر سنوات من تاریخ تسجیلھا ویجوز تجدید تسجیلھا لمدد مماثلھ وفقا لاحكام
ھذا
القانون.
2 - تجدد العلامات التجاریة المسجلة او المجددة قبل احكام نفاذ احكام ھذا القانون عند انتھاء مدتھا عشر سنوات.
