المادة 19 :
1 - یجوز نقل ملكیة العلامة التجاریة او التنازل عنھا او رھنھا دون نقل ملكیة المحل التجاري الذي یستعمل العلامة
التجاریة
في تمییز بضائعھ او التنازل عنھ او رھنھ كما یجوز الحجز على العلامھ التجاریة مستقلة عن المحل التجاري.
2 - تنتقل ملكیة العلامة التجاریة بانتقال ملكیة المحل التجاري اذا كانت ذات ارتباط وثیق بھ مالم یتفق على غیر ذلك.
3 - اذا نقلت ملكیة المحل التجاري دون نقل ملكیة العلامة التجاریة جاز لناقل الملكیة الاستمرار في استعمال العلامة
. التجاریة للبضائع التي سجلت لھا العلامة التجاریة
4 - لا یكون نقل ملكیة العلامة التجاریة او رھنھا حجة على الغیر الا من تاریخ تدوین النقل او وضع اشارة الرھن في
السجل

5 - تحدد اجراءات نقل ملكیة العلامة التجاریة ورھنھا وحجزھا وسائر التصرفات القانونیة المتعلقة بھذه العلامة بموجب
. تعلیمات یصدرھا الوزیر لھذه الغایة ویتم نشرھا في الجریدة الرسمیة
