المادة 28 -
یعتبر تسجیل شخص مالكا لعلامة تجاریة مقدمة بینة على قانونیة التسجیل الاصلي لتلك العلامة وعلى كل ما یلي من
التنازل
عنھا وتحویلھا وذلك في جمیع الاجراءات القانونیة المتعلقة بتسجیلھا.
