العلامات التجاریة المسجلة بمقتضى قوانین سابقة واحكام اخرى تتعلق بفترة الانتقال
المادة 29 -
لا یجوز حذف او شطب أیة علامات تجاریة من العلامات المسجلة في السجل بتاریخ نفاذ ھذا القانون اذا كان یمكن
تسجیلھا
بمقتضى ھذا القانون وذلك لمجرد انھا. لم تكن قابلة للتسجیل بمقتضى القوانین المعمول بھا بتاریخ تسجیلھا غیر انھ لیس
في احكام ھذه المادة ما یعرض اي شخص لایة تبعة من جراء اي فعل او امر جرى قبل نفاذ ھذا القانون اذا كان لا
یتعرض لتلك
التبعة بمقتضى القانون المعمول بھ في ذاك الحین.
