حق المسجل في تسلیم الاشعار بالاجراءات لأجل تصحیحھا
المادة 30 -
اذا اقیمت دعوى لدى المحكمة من اجل تغییر السجل او تصحیحھ فیجوز للمسجل ان یحضر امام المحكمة ویدلي برأیھ
وعلیھ ان
یحضر امامھا اذا اوعزت الیھ كما یجوز لھ بدلا من الحضور بنفسھ ان یقدم لائحة موقعة منھ یضمنھا ما یراه مناسباً من
تفاصیل الاجراءات التي اتخذت امامھ في القضیة المختلف فیھا او الاسباب التي استند الیھا في اصدار قراره في القضیة
المذكورة او الاسلوب الذي یسیر علیھ المكتب في مثل ھذه القضایا او ایة مسائل اخرى لھا مساس بتلك القضیة مما
اتصل یعلمة
بصفتھ مسجلا الا اذا رأت المحكمة خلاف ذلك وتعتبر ھذه اللائحة جزءاً من البینة في تلك الدعوى.
