اعتبار شھادة المسجل بینة
المادة 31 -
ان الشھادة التي یستدل منھا على انھا صادرة بتوقیع المسجل بشأن اي قید او امر او شيء مما ھو مفوض
باجرائھ وفاقا لاحكام ھذا القانون او اي نظام صادر بمقتضاه تعتبر مقدمة بینة على اجراء ذلك القید وعلى مضمونھ
وكذلك
على وقوع الامر او الشيء او عدم وقوعھ.
