عقوبة الادعاء باطلا بتسجیل علامة تجاریة
المادة 32 -
- كل من یقدم علامة تجاریة على اعتبار انھا مسجلة مع انھا غیر مسجلة یعاقب بغرامة لا تتجاوز خمسین دیناراً

2 - ایفاء للغایة المقصودة من ھذه المادة یعتبر الشخص أنھ قدم علامة تجاریة على انھا مسجلة اذا استعمل لفظة

فیما یتعلق بتلك العلامة او أیة الفاظ تدل صراحة او ضمناً على أن تلك العلامة قد سجلت.
