المادة 34 -
تقبل المحكمة التي تنظر في دعاوى التعدي على العلامات التجاریة شھادة التعامل التجاري السائد بخصوص
اسلوب صنع البضائع التي سجلت العلامة التجاریة من أجلھا او أیة علامة تجاریة أو طریقة أسلوب الصنع
المستعمل بصورة مشروعة من قبل اشخاص آخرین بخصوص تلك البضائع.
