المادة 35 -
لا یمنع التسجیل الجاري بمقتضى ھذا القانون أي شخص من استعمال اسمھ الخاص او اسم محل عملھ اواسم أحد
أسلافھ في العمل
استعمالا حقیقیاً او من استعمال أي وصف حقیقي لبضائعھ من حیث النوع والصنف.
