تسجیل العلامات التجاریة الدولیة في المملكة
) من ھذا القانون ، یقوم المسجل لدى تسلمھ طلباً دولیاً
1 ) -على الرغم مما ورد في الفقرة 1 ) ) من المادة 11
لامتداد الحمایة الى المملكة بفحص قانونیة تسجیل العلامة التجاریة المبینة في الطلب وفــقا لاحكام ھذا القانون
ویراعى فــي ذلـك ما یلي :-
أ- اعفاء الطلب من اجراءات الفحص الشكلي 0
( ب- احكام الفقرة 3 ) ( من المادة 11 ) من ھذا القانون على الطلب 0
2 ( - على الرغـم مــما ورد في المادة 15 ) من ھذا القانـون ، یعتبر تاریخ تسجیل العلامة التجاریة الناجمة عن
طلب دولي لامتداد الحمایة الى المملكة ھو تاریخ تسجیل تلك العلامة في السجل الدولي 0
3 - یقوم المسجل بعد موافقتھ على طلب التسجیل الوارد من المكتب الدولي بنشر بیانات ذلك الطلب وفقا
( للمادة 13 ) ( من ھذا القانون وتسري على الطلب بعد نشره أحكام الاعتراض المبینة في المادة 14 ) من ھذا
القانون 0
