Article text
أ- يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنة ولا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تقل عن الف دينار ولا
تزيد على ثلاثة الآف دينار، كل من حاز أو تعاطى أو استعمل أي مادة او نبات من المواد المخدرة او
المؤثرات العقلية او المستحضرات من غير المواد المنصوص عليها في الجداول المرفقة بهذا
القانون بقصد احداث التخدير او أي اثر آخر ضار بالعقل .
ب- يعاقب بالأشغال المؤقتة وبغرامة لا تقل عن الف وخمسمائة دينار ولا تزيد على خمسة آلاف
دينار من حاز أيا من المواد المشار إليها في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة أو تعامل بها بأي صورة من
الصور بقصد الاتجار.
