Article text
يعاقب بالاشغال الشاقة المؤقتة مدة لا تقل عن خمس عشرة سنة
وبغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف دينار ولا تزيد على ثلاثين
الف دينار كل من أدخل أو أخرج أيا من السلائف الكيميائية
او نقلها او صنعها او باعها او سلمها او تسلمها او خزنها او
حازها او احرزها او استوردها او صدّرها او تداول بها بأي صورة
كانت بقصد استخدامها في تصنيع او انتاج المواد المخدرة
أو المؤثرات العقلية وذلك في غير الأحوال المرخص بها
بمقتضى التشريعات المعمول بها.
