يعاقب بالاشغال الشاقة المؤقتة وبغرامة لا تقل عن
عشرة الاف دينار ولا تزيد على عشرين الف دينار كل طبيب
حرر الى اي شخص وصفة طبية بمواد مخدرة او مؤثرات
عقلية او قدمها له مباشرة وذلك لغير العلاج الطبي وهو
عالم بذلك.
