للصيادلة الموظفين الذين يفوضهم المدير دخول اي
محل مرخص له بالتداول بالمواد المخدرة أو المستحضرات
او المؤثرات العقلية أو السلائف الكيميائية او التعامل بها
أو بتصنيفها او بحيازتها او باستعمالها لأي غرض من
الاغراض وذلك للتحقق من قيام صاحب المحل او مديره
المسؤول بتنفيذ احكام هذا القانون ويعتبر الموظف
المفوض بذلك من رجال الضابطة العدلية وتنطبق عليه
في ذلك احكام قانون مزاولة مهنة الصيدلة ويمارس
الصلاحيات المنصوص عليها فيه بهذا الخصوص .
