تحصل الغرامات المحكوم بها بمقتضى احكام هذا القانون والاموال المصادرة وفقاً لقانون
تحصيل الاموال الاميرية أو أي تشريع يحل محله ويمارس النائب العام او من ينيبه صلاحيات قاضي
التنفيذ.
