Article text
أ يعاقب الشريك في اي جريمة من الجرائم المنصوص -
عليها في هذا القانون باي صورة من صور الاشتراك بما في
ذلك التدخل في الجريمة او التحريض عليها او المساعدة
على ارتكابها بعقوبة الفاعل الاصلي سواء ارتكبت
. الجريمة داخل المملكة او خارجها
ب- يعاقب على الشروع في الجنايات المنصوص عليها
في أحكام هذا القانون بعقوبة الجريمة التامة.
ج- تعتمد الاحكام الصادرة عن المحاكم المختصة بنظر
الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون والاحكام
القضائية الاجنبية لاثبات التكرار.
