يعفى من العقوبة المنصوص عليها في الجنايات الواردة
في هذا القانون كل من بادر من الجناة الى ابلاغ اي من
السلطات الأمنية او الجمركية او النيابة العامة عن
الجريمة المرتكبة قبل علمها بها واذا تم الابلاغ بعد علم
السلطات المعنية بالجريمة فيشترط للاعفاء من العقوبة
ان يؤدي الابلاغ الى ضبط جميع الجناة او الكشف عن الاشخاص
الذين اشتركوا في الجريمة او ممن لهم علاقة بعصابات
محلية او دولية تمارس اعمالا مخالفة للتشريعات
المعمول بها.
