أ ينشأ صندوق يسمى -
والمؤثرات العقلية) يتمتع بالشخصية الاعتبارية يهدف الى
مكافحة جرائم المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية والمساهمة
في معالجة متعاطي ومدمني المواد المخدرة
والمستحضرات والمؤثرات العقلية ودعم القائمين على
. تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون
( ب- تورد للصندوق نسبة 20 ) من الغرامات المحكوم بها %
بموجب احكام هذا القانون.
ج- تحدد تبعية الصندوق وتنظم سائر الامور المتعلقة
بعمله وكيفية ادارته والاشراف عليه وأوجه الانفاق والصرف
منه بمقتضى نظام خاص يصدر لهذه الغاية.
