Article text
أ- تختص محكمة أمن الدولة بالنظر في الجرائم
المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون وفي اصدار جميع
القرارات والاحكام المتعلقة بهذه الجرائم بما في ذلك
العقوبات التبعية والالزامات المدنية ولا يجوز لأي جهة
قضائية او ادارية اخرى بما فيها المحاكم والسلطات
الجمركية اتخاذ اي اجراء او اصدار اي قرار في القضية مهما
كانت طبيعته.
ب- على الرغم مما ورد في قانون الاحداث، تنعقد محكمة
أمن الدولة بصفتها محكمة أحداث للنظر في الجرائم
التي يرتكبها الاحداث والمنصوص عليها في هذا القانون.
