Article text
أ- يحظر صنع اي مادة من المواد المخدرة أو المؤثرات العقلية او السلائف الكيميائية إلا اذا كانت
للأغراض الطبية او العلمية أو الصناعية بمقتضى ترخيص خطي من الوزير ووفقا لأحكام
التشريعات النافذة.
ب. يحظر صنع مستحضر صيدلاني تدخل في تركيبته أي مادة مخدرة او مؤثرات عقلية في أي
مصنع للأدوية إلا بمقتضى ترخيص خطي من الوزير ووفقا لأحكام التشريعات النافذة، ولا يجوز
لهذه المصانع استعمال المواد المخدرة او المؤثرات العقلية او السلائف الكيميائية التي في
حوزتها إلا في صنع المستحضرات الصيدلانية أو لغايات علمية.
