للوزير ووفقا للشروط التي يحددها، الترخيص باستيراد أو
بحيازة المواد المخدرة والمؤثرات العقلية لاستعمالها في
الاغراض الطبية والعلمية لأي مما يلي :-
أ- المعاهد العلمية ومراكز البحث العلمي المنشأة وفق
احكام التشريعات النافذة.
ب- أي جهة رسمية او خاصة يتطلب عملها حيازة هذه
المواد.
