Article text
أ- لكل اردني ولكل شركة يمتلكها أردنيون الحق باصدار مطبوعة صحفية.
ب- لكل حزب سياسي أردني مرخص حق اصدار مطبوعاته الصحفية.
ج- لمجلس الوزراء بناء على تنسيب الوزير منح رخصة لاصدار النشرات لكل من الجهات التالية :-
1 -وكالة الانباء الأردنية .
2 . -وكالات انباء اردنية خاصة
3 . - وكالة انباء غير اردنية شريطة المعاملة بالمثل
د- تنظم شؤون وكالات الانباء الاردنية الخاصة ووكالات الانباء غير الاردنية بمقتضى انظمة
توضع لهذه الغايـــــة .
