( مع مراعاة احكام الفقرتين )أ( و)ب( من المادة 11 ) من هذا القانون يقدم طلب الحصول على
رخصة اصدار مطبوعة صحفية او متخصصة الى الوزير متضمناً البيانات التالية:
أ- اسم طالب الرخصة ومحل اقامته وعنوانه.
ب- اسم المطبوعة ومكان طبعها وصدورها.
ج- مواعيد صدورها.
. د- مادة تخصصها
هـ- اللغة أو اللغات التي تصدر بها.
و-اسم رئيس تحرير المطبوعة الصحفية .
ز-اسم مدير المطبوعة المتخصصة .
