( يجب ان يكون لكل من المؤسسات المذكورة في المــادة 15 ) من هذا القانون مدير مسؤول
تتوافر فيه الشروط التاليــة :-
أ-ان يكون اردنيا ومقيماً إقامة دائمة في المملكة .
ب-غيــر محكوم عليه بجناية او بجنحة مخلة بالشرف والاخلاق العامــة.
ج-ان يكون حاصلا على مؤهلات علمية او على خبرات عملية تتناسب مع متطلبات عمل
المؤسسة التي سيتولى ادارتها ، حسب مقتضى الحال ، ووفق تعليمات يصدرها الوزير لهذه
الغايــة .
