أ- يقدم طلب الحصول على رخصة انشاء مطبعة أو دار نشر أو دار توزيع او دار للدراسات والبحوث
او دار قياس للرأي العام او دار للترجمة او مكتب للدعاية والاعلان الى الوزير على الانموذج المعد
لهذه الغاية.
ب- تحدد البيانات والاجراءات الخاصة بتقديم الطلب للحصول على الرخصة المنصوص عليها
في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة بما في ذلك ادخال التغيير او التعديل على مضمون الرخصة
واجراءات التنازل عنها بموجب نظام يصدر بمقتضى هذا القانون .
